Here is a quick wrap up of the stories that revolve around the Crypto arena, from the adoption of five new cryptocurrencies to a debate on the true value of Bitcoin.

Bitcoin:

The debate between Bitcoin Cash evangelist Roger Ver & Litecoin founder Charlie Lee released the second part on YouTube, in which both the connoisseur will talk about whether Bitcoin has intrinsic value or not throughout the video.

The rapid growth of Bitcoin (BTC) and other cryptocurrencies could lead to “new vulnerabilities in the international financial system” according to the International Monetary Fund (IMF)

Ethereum:

A luxury building at Manhattan which worth $30 million, has been tokenized on the Ethereum blockchain, reports Forbes. This makes its first marks towards the US real estate industry.
And now investors can take part by purchasing tokens that represent legally compliant ownership in the 12-condo East Village building. Although, there is no requirement for traditional bank financing.

Maker (MKR) turned out to be an exception, having surged more than 25% in the last 24 hours on trading volume of nearly $4 million. In this point in time where the border cryptocurrency market is trading in the green, not many coins can go in the top 100 are up double-digits.

Ripple and XRP:

The Swell 2018 crypto conference that was held in San Francisco, recently got released on YouTube by Ripple (XRP) where it officially revealed its xRapid which is however now officially available for commercial use. Apart from that Bill Clinton also endorsed the Blockchain at the event.

The Lupus Foundation of America has recently declared that it is now accepting donations in the form of cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash and Ethereum Classic.

“We recognize the benefit of accepting cryptocurrency and the groundbreaking nature of blockchain technology,” says LFA’s CEO Stevan Gibson. “With this new capability, we are also looking forward to expanding into accepting more cryptocurrencies as well as how we can leverage blockchain to elevate our impact as we see more individuals and organizations using this technology.”
